This intensive six-day training gives you the chance to closely observe real-time Urology endoscopy surgeries while actively participating in the workflow. You will be exposed to more than 15 endoscopy cases, allowing you to understand techniques, decision-making, and operating room coordination from start to finish. The program includes focused teaching sessions, step-by-step demonstrations, and continuous mentorship from experienced faculty.
Participants get full-time access to endo-trainers, where they can practice tissue handling and refine endo-suturing skills under supervision.
The training fee is INR 80,000 / USD 1500, which also covers accommodation and travel between hospitals throughout the program.
Course Schedule
Two batches are conducted every month.
- Each batch begins on the 1st Monday and the 3rd Monday of the month.
- Participants are expected to arrive on Sunday evening before the training starts.
20-Day Training Program
This extended 20-day Urology endoscopy training gives participants the opportunity to observe a wide range of freelance surgical procedures while actively engaging in day-to-day clinical activities. Over the duration of the program, you will be exposed to 45+ cases, offering deep insight into surgical planning, technique, and postoperative management.
The curriculum includes comprehensive teaching sessions, detailed case discussions, and continuous guidance from experienced mentors. Trainees also receive full-time access to endo-trainers, allowing steady practice of tissue handling, knot tying, and endo-suturing throughout the course.
The program fee is INR 1,50,000 / USD 3000, which includes accommodation and travel between hospitals during the training.

3 months Training Program (For Foreign Nationals Only)
This extended training program is designed for international participants who want deeper exposure to Urology surgery. The fee for the full program is USD 7000, which includes comfortable accommodation for the entire duration. Trainees are placed at one of our partnered hospitals, where they work closely with the surgical team and assist in a wide range of Urology procedures.
Participants will serve as the first assistant in most urology cases, offering valuable hands-on experience. Once you become familiar with our standard Urology techniques, you will gradually be allowed to perform supervised hands-on steps inside the operating room. You will also have full-time access to endotrainers, enabling real tissue handling, knot practice, and endo-suturing throughout your training.
You can secure your seat with an advance payment of USD 200.

This six-month training program is designed for international doctors who want long-term, hands-on exposure to minimally invasive surgery. The fee for the full duration is USD 12,000, and it includes accommodation, making the training experience smooth and comfortable. You will be placed at one of our associated hospitals, where you will work closely with the surgical team every day.
During the program, you will serve as the first assistant in most Urology cases, allowing you to learn surgical flow and decision-making inside the operating room. Once you become confident with our standard Urology techniques, you will gradually receive supervised hands-on opportunities. Trainees also get full-time access to endotrainers, so you can practice real tissue handling, suturing, and knot-tying whenever needed.

2-Year Fellowship
Paid training, ideal for fresh graduates seeking extensive clinical exposure.
Stipend: 70,000/- per month in the first year, increased to 1,20,000/- per month in the second year.
Semi-furnished accommodation is included for the entire duration.
Work as an independent, full-time gynaecologist at the hospital.
Assist in all gynaecology and general surgery cases as the first assistant.
Begin hands-on training once familiar with the Urology techniques.
Perform independent surgeries once fully confident.

Learn at Your Own Speed
Designed for practicing surgeons or gynaecologists who cannot leave their practice but want to upgrade their Urology endoscopy skills.
The program allows hands-on training on your own patients, ensuring practical learning without disrupting your practice.
One-day intensive program priced at 2,00,000/-, covering up to 5 cases.
Preferred procedures for hands-on training include TLH, Inguinal Hernia, and Myomectomy.
Real-time guidance and supervision are provided by experienced Urology endoscopy trainers.
